1)
Upgrading your fire alarm system to comply with current
City of San Francisco codes.
San
Francisco is currently requiring low frequency
sounders to be added to all sleeping areas
(bedrooms and common area living rooms
of any apartment building, condominium,
or multi-family dwelling with over 3 units.
We have done, to date, over 100 projects,
from small 5-6 unit apartments; to large
100 unit condominiums. I currently have
a 4-man crew that is very good and accommodating
to the needs of the homeowner or tenant.
(2013 NFPA 72 Section 18.4.5.3)
- We
offer free estimates anywhere in San
Francisco for this work.
- We
offer full upgrades and, what we call "piggy-back" systems, whereby we can use your existing fire alarm system, if it is in good
shape, and "piggy-back" a power supply to turn on all the low frequency sounders. This is a more effective
way to cut the cost and still comply
with this code, which I do not see any
fire alarm contractors doing.
2)
Control wiring is our specialty. We do
HVAC and water-wash ventilator control
system wiring for; Gaylord, AVTEC and Captive-Aire
restaurant kitchen hoods. Melink ventilation
systems; and Ansul restaurant hood fire
suppression interfaces, to shut off electrical
power under the hood during a fire system
activation. Emergency lighting and fire
alarm control wiring...of course!
3)
We are a UL listed fire alarm testing company
and can service, rewire and test most all
fire alarm systems.
